Fleur du Cap Cabernet Sauvignon | Merlot | Chardonnay | Sauvignon Blanc Cabernet Sauvignon .The wine is deep ruby in colour with ripe berry, cherry and chocolate aromas with traces of vanilla and spices on the nose. On the palate this wine is rich and full-bodied with ample prune and cherry flavours and a long lasting aftertaste with a good tannin structure. Merlot . This full-bodied wine is ruby in colour with aromas of cherries and prunes underlined by elegant oak spices. On the palate this well-balanced wine is velvety soft yet mouth filling with clean soft fruit and underlying oak with gentle tannins. Chardonnay . On the nose this Chardonnay displays citrus fruit and melon with a hint of vanilla oak in the background. On the palate it is dry but rounded and packed with apricot and citrus fruit , supported by lovely nut and vanilla oak. Sauvignon Blanc . The wine is brilliant green in colour with golden specs. On the nose this wine bursts with a rich mélange of freshly cut grass, asparagus, passion fruit and melon. This mouth filling wine has a crisp acidity which complements the tropical fruit flavours perfectly on the palate ending with a long, lingering aftertaste. |
